Lavina Amukhoywa is 13 years old, and in Class 4. Lavinia likes to study math and finds the English language difficult as a subject in school. One day Lavina would like to become a doctor. Her favorite color is pink and she likes to play soccer and hide and seek. Lavinia is a victim of HIV as are her siblings, Raphael, and Peter, whose parents died of HIV complications. These children were rescued from very desperate conditions and were living in an extremely remote area. We are happy to have them in our extended family and they will all do well here.
