Sheila Ingoka is 18 years old and is now in class 7. Her favorite subject is Kiswahili, the national language of Kenya and eastern Africa and her most difficult subject is social studies. Sheila would one day like to be a doctor. When she came into our home she had not gone to school at all, so beginning school at twelve years of age has been a late start to say the least. While school is still a struggle for her, she is making headway and her dreams continue to drive her to succeed. Sheila is a loving child and is helpful with the new and young children. She is from the Luhya tribe. Her favorite color is red and she likes playing hide and seek.
